- Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where termination of membership is initiated by zenmotion.pro due to breach of terms or facility closure.
Cancellation and Termination:
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to zenmotion.pro. Membership cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- zenmotion.pro reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or failure to comply with facility rules.
Liability and Indemnification:
- By using zenmotion.pro facilities and services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and agree to hold zenmotion.pro harmless from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
- You agree to indemnify and hold zenmotion.pro, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our facilities and services.
